We are Tarplett Generator Services Ltd, or TGS for short.
We are based in Pershore, Worcestershire.
We have been in the generator sales, service and maintenance business for over 25 years with over 250 years’ experience. Including all makes of generators, control systems and switchgear between our 22 strong team. We have facilities in the Midlands, Glasgow, West Thurrock and Spalding,
We are proud to be GOLD SDMO Kohler dealers, supplying generators between 10 to 2,500 kVA. We are also dealers for Volvo, Cummins, Scania, John Deere, Perkins and Mitsubishi with unique direct access to main dealer parts.
What sets us apart from the competition, is our unrivalled level of stock, both second user stock aswell as brand new stock, many of these are offered with a full 12 months warranty.
Here at TGS, we offer a genuine 24/7/365 call out with a 4 hour* response time to all service contract holders. Our coverage includes from Glasgow/Edinburgh in the North through England and Wales to Cornwall and Kent in the South.
We are proud to have a large mobile workforce, who carry a large amount of generator spares and resources on their mobile workshop, enabling us to achieve a 93% first fix on call outs and breakdowns. In addition, we also own our own trucks with HIAB cranes, enabling us to deliver, install and deliver to customer requirements without the need to subcontract and therefore deliver within a timely, professional manner.
