In all, we are to be able to fix 97% of all call-outs on the first visit with expert advice.
However, for those repairs that cannot be fixed on the spot, our knowledge and experience of stand-by generators enables us to provide realistic quotations based on customers actual requirements. We also have great relationship with many suppliers to offer our customers with bespoke solutions.

We offer a genuine 24/7, 365 days a year. We aim to respond to any breakdown within 4 hours subject to weather and traffic conditions.
We cannot accept liability for any losses that may be incurred by a customer as a result of us failing to attend within this timescale.

Our 16-man strong team of engineers comes with great knowledge of the diesel generator industry, they are trustworthy specialists that can make sure to keep your business protected and powered 24/7, 365 days a year.
We on purposely keep our team small, in order to maintain a personal touch and relationship. Most sites are allocated their own engineer, this helps with getting to know your requirements, sites, generator specification and quirks of the job.
All of our engineers hold CSCS SHEA POWER certification, and have regular H&S training.
